We will gladly accept returns for products that arrive damaged or there is an error in the order.

Our scents are hand blended, bottled, and then sealed. Once they begin their journey to you, they are yours. In addition they are rollerball vials and unhygienic to resell. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Because fragrance is a personal and subjective experience, we encourage you to begin with our Discovery Set before committing to a full-size.

If your delivered product is incorrect or your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
