Cocina de Brujas Return Policy

Our scents are crafted as sealed ritual objects. Once the seal is broken, the essence is yours and cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are considered final. Because fragrance is a personal and subjective experience, we encourage you to begin with our 1 ml tester vials $4.00 before committing to a full-size spell.

We will gladly accept returns for products that arrive damaged or in error. If your order is incorrect or your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
